Internet has made things easier in India. Consumer rights were an unknown issue in this country but now websites like consumercourtforum.in have opened a whole new world of activism. I am not new to consumer rights but I was startled by the ease of use of consumercourtforum.in and its simple approach towards consumer rights. It is basically a consumer forum where everyone can vent his or her anger or compliant against a company that has trespassed on consumer rights.
I have been a member of consumercourtforum.in for almost a year and it is a time well spent. I now participate in discussions about consumer court India and other issues. We are trying to find out some easy solution for millions of Indians that are not even aware of consumer rights.
Although consumercourtforum.in is a moderate website with medium user base but it has enabled me and dozens of other people to chart a course for consumer rights. We can post complaints, discuss company violations of laws, rules and regulations and can also help each other in finding help. I salute the creators of consumercourtforum.in for this website and I am hoping that they will continue with their consumer activism streak.
